I would suggest that you follow the example of this tutorial by creating an Enclosure and using the standard mesher. Also, if your model is symmetric, please consider using half of it 
Finally, these warnings indicate that there are some issues with the geometry, such as parts overlapping, so it is recommended you inspect your model again in your CAD software:
