What seed face do I use if I want to make an enclosure… how do I make an enclosure that can work?

I quickly checked your project (please ideally link it here in the forum thread). The Enclosure is failing in your case to do the boolean subtract for some reason. So this is not dependent on the seed face, in your case you do not even need to pick one. Did you boolean this model upfront in your CAD tool? In that case you could try to upload it as an assembly containing the separate parts?
