Discrepancy in the scale of the flow region

Hi, I tried to make a wind simulation for tall buildings but I had trouble setting up Geometry Primitives, it seems the scales don’t match what I chose for the flow area initially. As shown in the picture, the blue cube is the original size, and if you use the same size, the result is as shown in the purple cube.
Can anyone tell me how can I fix this issue, please?
