Hello Everyone,
i would need some help for my CHT Simulation for a brake system. Short Analysis Task: Air Flow around a rotating brake disc and heat input to the disc.
My project: SimScale
At the beginning I struggled a lot even to set it up due to a lot of errors like “No contacts exists as part of the simulation …”.
-my idea was to create a rotating zone around the disc to create the rotation in advanced concepts
-create the flow region around the rotating zone
For the heat input or the analysis object i need a solid for the brake disc inside - right?
Just for testing i set up as well a convective heat transfer!!
Can anyone help me with the set up or give me some advice?
