Is there a way to change the default color palette when post-processing so that it isn’t displaying red/blue? For someone with red or blue color blindness, it is hard to see those colors and I wondered if there was a way to change the default color palette. Thanks!

Unfortunately that is not yet possible on our platform. But why not add a feature request here: Vote For Features!
An alternative for the moment would be using the offline version of Paraview where you can personalize the post-processing colorization.
