CFD Simulation of blades - multiple region error

I am new to this environment and I have been trying CFD simulation for a propeller. But there is an error called multiple-region mesh. Kindly let me know what should I do.

Hi there, thank you for using the forum!
Have a look here in order to learn how the MRF region is designed and included in a simulation:

The MRF region is a separate part, designed as a solid cylinder, that encloses the blades. Also, the blades should be removed from the flow region prior to the meshing.

I have followed the above mentioned steps to create a rotating region. But still I get the same error when I try to run the simulation.
