Hello.
I’m looking for guidance on how to calculate the flow force acting on parts of a valve. The tutorial on fluid flow through a valve includes a step to delete all the of the solid parts of the valve and run a simulation on just the remaining flow region. Can someone direct me to info on how to consider the forces acting on the physical elements within the valve?

In order to calculate the force from the fluid, you would use a Result Control Item - Force item, assigned to the faces of the former solids. You do not need the solids, just the faces that remain after the flow extraction.
