What I would maybe suggest is to use the Conjugate Heat Transfer analysis which can be used for electronic enclosures. A nice feature that you can use to make sure contacts are detected is the so called Imprint CAD preparation feature (assuming your surfaces touch).
Maybe two more tips:
Use a momentum source if you want to get rid of your fans, otherwise you should enclose the turning fan in a cylinder and use the so called MRF approach
Defeature your geometry as much as possible, the details of your casing is most likely not contribute very much to your internal heat transfer
