Big Problem with Simulation Run

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have a big problem to simulate my Aircraft. It says that it exceeded the maximum number of iterations and it may be caused due to an error of meshing or other mistakes in the geometrie. I have already tried to figure out how i can fix the mesh and how to simulate the aircraft. But unfortunately, I couldnt find or solf the problem.
Unfortunately, the deadline for submitting the simulation results to my teachers was moved forward due to Corona. So I am pretty desprate. Could somebody please help me to get at least a simulation run started and finished.

My first thought would be to improve the mesh quality, as the set up seems just fine,. Have a look at the following guides:

Make sure you calculate the wall distance of the first cell appropriately too:
