I have a question. The simulation that references me, works with small displacements, or am I wrong?

He had the idea that the program could simulate the mechanism in several positions, but apparently it can only simulate small (or very small) displacements. Should I use a porogram such as HotInt to find accelerations (and forces, I do not know) in all positions?

For that the geometric nonlinearity setting is used to decide if large rotations/strains occur - if so, you can turn on the nonlinearity. In our model we would not expect large deformations, but large rotations could appear. There is no need of additional software for that. You can view the forces and other result control items directly on SimScale. Let me know if you have any further questions.
