Hi,
Is there a way in either paraview or the post-processor to get particle traces to animate from starting at one end, flowing to the other over time?

Yes, of course.

In the post processor, follow the general workflow:

- Create the particle trace
- Create an animation
- Change the ‘Animation type’ to ‘Particle trace’

Click play and you are good to go.

Thank you! I somehow missed the drop down being there to change the animation type - all working now and I’ve got the animations I need.
