A multi-region mesh was assigned - this analysis-type requires a single-region mesh.

Hi @whchan4u: I see you already solved that problem with multi-region mesh.
The potential problem I see now is that your (city comfort) simulation uses possibly wrong scale. Your Z span is 7 km (7000 m) and X is near 50 km. Blocks (buildings) are extraordinary big, so I assume there is a scale problem.
After adjusting your scale, I suggest you make you simulation volume at least 2 - 3 times bigger in relation to you city (blocks). Currently your blocks are nearly touching the walls…
