I am trying to to a simple simulation of airflow around a building. However, I keep getting this error “A setup with 2 regions is being used in a single-region analysis type. Please make sure that all regions except for one have an Advanced Concept assigned to them.”
Please help.

Yes! My apologize I thought I already did.
No worries 
It seems that your original model has a flow region and the 3D model too. The latter should be deleted.
Initially make sure that the closed inner region (which is not generated by the way) is deleted.
Then enter the CAD mode and delete the 3D solid body, so that only the flow region remains.
