The solver could not allocate the memory for the calculation. Please increase the number of computing cores under Simulation Control.
The solver failed to allocate the memory for the analysis.
What could be the possible reason?
This error may occur when a simulation with a large mesh is assigned to a smaller machine for the analysis.
What can I do now?
You can choose bigger machine for the analysis. By choosing it, you can provide the solver with more memory under which the analysis can be easily solved. For example, for a bigger mesh i.e. more than a million 3D elements, assigning analysis to 1,2 or probably 4 cores under Simulation Control will lead to this error. Try to assign at least 8, 16 or 32 cores.
If none of the above suggestions did solve your problem, then please post the issue on our forum or contact us.
