About the job

For our fast growing international team, we are looking for an energetic and hands-on HR Manager (m/f) who will own and take care of the whole HR lifecycle. Together with our team leads you will shape the profiles of new vacant positions, create jobs ads and make sure SimScale hires the industry’s best talents to grow the world’s leading web-based engineering simulation platform. You’ll be the one who understands our employer’s needs and you’ll be the go-to person and advisor in all HR related topics. Moreover, you’ll bring SimScale’s employer branding to the next level and make SimScale well-known across renowned universities. In addition to this you’ll establish cutting-edge HR processes and best practices to keep up the fast growth of our company.

What we expect from you (must-haves)

  • At least 2 years of professional experience as HR Generalist or Project Manager in a fast growing and international company
  • At least 2 years of proven track record showing excellence in time management, problem solving skills and management of multiple projects at the same time
  • First professional experience in HR policies, procedures and systems (e.g. recruiting, legal and administrative topics)
  • High motivation and energy level
  • Strong willingness for hands-on work
  • Very good IT skills (e.g. MS Office Package)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience of working in international IT startup companies
  • Affinity for tech topics, understanding of tech language
  • Very good experience with task and project management tools
