Who We Are and Who We Are Looking For
Product Management & User Success
The team’s main goal is to be always aware of our customers’ demands and needs. We strive to ensure they are completely satisfied with our offerings. Based on this mission, and taking new technological possibilities into account, we own, maintain, and develop the product vision at SimScale.
Simulation Engineering
The Simulation Engineering team is responsible for those parts of the SimScale simulation platform which directly relate to mechanical engineering: computer-aided design, mesh, simulation, pre-processing, and post-processing. The team’s goal is to provide our customers and users with all the simulation features they need and ensure the tools we provide are well tested and stable. Our Simulation Engineers have diverse backgrounds in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, and Mathematics, and possess extensive skills and experience with programming languages and software development (C++, Python, etc.)
Platform Engineering
SimScale’s Platform Engineering team is responsible for the software architecture, infrastructure, backend, and frontend, working together to deliver simulation to engineers around the world. That means continuously developing the user interface to makes it easy to specify and run complex simulations. We solve interesting and non-obvious challenges stemming from the interdisciplinary nature of our product. If you have experience with software development tools and RESTful cloud services, and have excellent knowledge of Linux, we are looking for you!
Sales and Application Engineering
The Sales team focuses on international Business Development and Sales operations. We believe that we have the technology and usability that will help change the engineering work process of tomorrow. The Application Engineers are working closely together with the Sales team, engaging our current and potential users to show them the possibilities that our product can bring and how we together can optimize their product development process.
Quality Assurance
The aim of the QA department is to prevent any issues that customers may face with SimScale. Using the simulation platform from the users’ perspective, thinking as them and understanding their experience, we detect potential problems and help to improve the features. We are using our expertise to provide high product quality for our users.
Marketing & Community
The Marketing and Community team is shaping the voice of the product through the company website, social media, blogs, forum, and visual language. We are responsible for driving brand awareness, traffic, and attracting new customers and community members to SimScale.
